Return Policy - Final Sale

All items are sold on a final sale basis. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within the first 3 hours after placement. After this period, your order will be processed and shipped, and no further modifications can be made.

Address Corrections

If an incorrect address was provided during order placement, please contact us immediately at danielksolution@gmail.com within one hour. We cannot guarantee address changes beyond this timeframe.

Disclaimer: Responsibility for Counterfeit Items

If an item sold through our platform is discovered to be counterfeit, the seller is obligated to issue a full refund to the buyer. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of products sold and maintain trust within our community.

Important! All items are of limited quantity, available in single quantities. Once sold, they will not be available for purchase again, adhering to a first-come, first-served policy.
We offer four distinct categories of items:
  1. Used – These items have been used more than 10 times and are priced lower accordingly.

  2. Used (within 10 times) – Items in this category have been used fewer than 10 times.

  3. New – These items are unused but do not have tags.

  4. New (with Tag) – Unused items complete with tags, which may be priced up to the regular retail amount at the seller's discretion.

Daily Daniels provides a marketplace for buying and selling items ranging from used to new at prices better than typical market rates. We guarantee 100% authenticity for branded items. For non-branded items, we do not offer any protection.

For Sellers: If you are selling a branded item, you must submit proof such as purchase history or verification slips for your item to be approved and listed on our platform.
